Trillium Construction is seeking MIG Welders near Tobyhanna, PA.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on steel joists and reinforcement components according to engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Weld reinforcing bars, plates, angles, and other structural members to steel joists.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols.
- Set up and operate MIG welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and proper alignment of materials.
- Operate grinders and other hand tools to prepare and finish welded components.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and quality procedures.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and production team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report equipment issues or material defects promptly.
Pay: $33 Per Diem: $100 / day for all 7 days unless the required schedule was not worked.

Previous MIG experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
