Sanitation Technician

Location: Downingtown

Help Maintain the Highest Standards in Food Production!

We're hiring a  
** Sanitation Technician
** to join a leading food manufacturing facility in Downingtown, PA. In this role, you'll help ensure food production equipment and facility areas remain clean, safe, and compliant with food safety standards.

** Day

Shift: 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM, 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule, $20.25/h*
* ** What You'll Do*
* + Clean and sanitize food production equipment, machinery, and facility areas

+ Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment following sanitation procedures

+ Operate power washers, hoses, foamers, and other sanitation equipment

+ Use approved cleaning chemicals and follow food safety guidelines

+ Follow GMP, SQF, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and PPE requirements

+ Complete sanitation documentation and support housekeeping and allergen control programs

+ Identify and report sanitation, safety, or equipment concerns

** What We're Looking For*
* + High School Diploma or GED required

+ Ability to work in a wet environment using cleaning equipment and chemicals

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout a 12-hour shift

+ Willingness to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including every other weekend
