Production Supervisor

Your role:
As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing day-to-day operations for packing, warehouse and loading departments, ensuring direct reports follow policies and procedures related to employee safety and food/feed safety. You will deliver results by inspiring others, earning trust, serving with respect and care, operating with simplicity, clarity, and transparency, dealing with change, organizing tasks, learning new technology, and sharing knowledge.

All activities are performed with reliability, integrity, compliance, safety, environmental responsibility, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute day-to-day operations ensuring compliance with safety and food safety policies.
• Partner with EHS and Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory experts to implement corporate safety policies.
• Monitor production outcomes, quantity and quality to meet customer and food safety specifications and recommend continuous improvements.
• Lead process improvement initiatives such as Centerlining, Preventative Maintenance, Pristine, 5S, and ELEMEDS.
• Collaborate with local plant management to meet efficiency standards (scorecard, metrics, cost of maintenance, compliance audits).
• Plan workforce needs and participate in employee selection.
• Take inventory counts, correct discrepancies, and investigate counts outside variance range.
• Engage the workforce, recognize achievements, and coach hourly members.

Essential skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/GED equivalent with 4 years of production experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in an industrial environment.
• Understanding of safety hazards and protocols.
• Understanding of computerized maintenance management systems.

Good to have:

• Knowledge of maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting packaging equipment and conveying systems.
• Training in LEAN, Six Sigma, or other manufacturing and warehousing optimization processes.
• Reliability‑centered maintenance training around packaging equipment best practices.

Physical requirements and working conditions:

• Perform work at a computer and other administrative tasks.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Work in a 24‑hour continuous process with hot/cold temperatures, indoor/outdoor environment, dust, noise, vibration, elevated places, and frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting.
• May need to climb stairs/ladders and handle confined spaces.

Other considerations:

• Must read, interpret instructions and technology, communicate effectively in English.
• Must be willing to work long days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must pass a drug test and pre‑employment background check.

Martins Creek PA, Easton PA 18040.

Market-driven base pay range: $74,600.00–$99,444.40 with potential additional earnings. Target bonus: 5% Annual.
