Tyson Foods - - Responsibilities:
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in coordinating daily department responsibilities and communicating instructions to team members;
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and company assets while ensuring safety and adherence to Tyson policies;
Organize and direct the work of the maintenance mechanics and perform all duties of processing mechanics;
Operate machine shop equipment (lathe, milling machine, shears, brakes) and welding to fabricate components for plant needs;
Perform preventive maintenance on processing equipment and maintain maintenance records
