 Base pay rate is $20.00 per hour
 1st Shift

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 6:00AM – 2:00PM

Position Overview:

Loader
 The Loader is a key member of the production and shipping team, responsible for safely loading finished metal panels onto trucks for delivery. This role involves operating material handling equipment and ensuring accurate, damage-free shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

Load metal roofing and wall panels onto trucks in a safe and efficient manner
 Operate a Combi-Lift and forklift to transport and stage materials for loading
 Use RF scanners to accurately pack and verify orders before shipment
 Ensure all loads are secured properly and meet shipping requirements
 Inspect materials for quality and report any damage or discrepancies
 Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records in the system
 Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
 Assist in other departments as needed
 Qualifications
 Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment
 Ability to operate a forklift and COMBI-lift
 Ability to work independently and with others
 High school diploma or GED
 Physical Demands and Work Environment:
 Must be able to read, hear, talk, drive lift trucks, wear PPE, and lift up to 65 lbs. repetitively
 Must be able to stand or walk approximately 7 ½ hours minimum per work shift
 Must be able to tolerate extreme temperature changes in the winter and summer months
 Noise level is moderate to loud
