Welder Position

Join our team as a welder! We're looking for skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join, fabricate, and repair metal into high-quality components for our community. $3000 Sign On Bonus! $1500 at 90 days and $1500 at the 1-year mark

Pay for this position is $30.01 and will include a shift differential

Hours are Sunday night-Friday morning 10pm-6am with some OT required

What You'll Do

• Join and Fabricate:
  Interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings or schematics to determine appropriate welding processes.
• Prepare and Set Up:
  Position, align, fit and weld parts to form complete units or subunits, following blueprints and layout specifications using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools
• Lift and Position Materials:
  Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts as needed.
• Ensure Quality:
  Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.
• Contribute to Improvement:
  Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
• Maintain and Organize:
  Keep track of material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices.
