We're looking for a Tool Maker who takes pride in building, repairing, and improving precision injection molds. This is a true toolroom role where your experience is valued, your ideas are heard, and your work keeps production moving.

What You'll Do

• Build, repair, and troubleshoot precision injection molds
• Machine mold components to tight tolerances
• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and EDM equipment
• Work alongside engineering and production to improve tooling performance

What We're Looking For

• Injection mold build and repair experience
• CNC mill and/or lathe setup experience
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with precision measuring tools
• Bonus points for Solid Works, Mastercam, EDM, or welding experience
