- - Responsibilities:
Receiving finished plastic sheeting out of the extruder, stacking pallets neatly, and marking sheet counts;
Replacing rolls of tape, protective covering, barcodes, and other materials as needed;
Completing Light Transmission and Product Control tests and making necessary adjustments;
Performing length/width and pallet changes, as well as silo setup and operation of raw materials;
Assisting with color changes, basic machine maintenance and cleaning, start-up and shut-down procedures, and thickness changes;
Carrying out yellow tagging procedures and maintaining documentation
