+ Hands-on technical work in a metal fabrication environment

** What You'll Do*
* + Set up and operate manufacturing equipment

+ Perform 100% inspection of finished products

+ Read and interpret design drawings

+ Measure parts using calipers, tape measures, and shop measurement tools

+ Use grinders, drills, files, and other hand tools

+ Perform preventative maintenance

+ Identify and communicate quality issues

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Participate in continuous improvement activities

+ Follow all safety and quality standards

** What We're Looking For*
* + Previous machine operating experience in a  
** metal fabrication environment*
* + Ability to read design drawings and measurements

+

Experience with hand and power tools

+ Strong attention to detail and quality

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Willingness to learn and grow within the role
