CNC Milling Technician - NIGHT SHIFT - 4 DAY WORK WEEK

$5,000 Hire Bonus – 50% paid after 30 days of employment, balance after 180 days

Are you passionate about precision machining? We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists/Operators to join our dynamic team in Trumbauersville, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes, mills (2-4 axis and 5+ axis), and other CNC machinery to produce high-quality components. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to excellence and innovation in manufacturing.

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and CNC mills (2-4 axis and 5+ axis) to produce precision parts.
• Utilize G-Code and M-Code for programming and machine operation.
• Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications and tolerances.
• Apply shop math skills to calculate dimensions, tolerances, and measurements.
• Use CAM software for programming and optimizing machining processes.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure reliable machine operation.
• Work closely with engineers and production teams to improve machining processes and enhance productivity.

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of CNC tooling, G-Code, and M-Code.
• Ability to perform machine setups efficiently for production runs.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Solid shop math skills for accurate calculations.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CAM software.
• Experience with machine brands such as Star, Tornos, DMG Mori, Miyano, Makino, Haas, and Brother (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Multiple shifts available:

• 2nd shift: M-Th 4:30-3:00 / 4 day work week. 10% differential
• 3rd shift:
  Fr, Sat, & Su 6:00-6:30 / 3 day work week. Work 36 hours get paid for 40 plus get 10% differential.
