We are looking for a detail oriented person that is able read and comprehend work instructions and follow established procedures, collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process, label feeders to be loaded onto pick and place, load pick and place feeders following established procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/ FUNCTIONS
  • Read and comprehend work instructions and follow established procedures.
  • Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process.
  • Label feeders to be loaded onto pick and place.
  • Load pick and place feeders following established procedures.
  • Set up and operate MPM paste machines.
  • Set up and operate pick and place machines.
  • Check output to ensure the highest quality.
  • Keep records of production quantities and time.
  • Notify the supervisor immediately of any defects, equipment malfunctions or other issues.
  • Complete assigned jobs per established budget.
  • Properly use tools and fixtures to prevent part damage/scrap and production down time.
  • Follows 5S procedures.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/ KSA
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willing to work second shift (2:00PM - 12:00AM)
  • Skilled with Windows PC & Software
  • Able to obtain IPC-610-001 Certification
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2 years’ experience in related industry or occupation
