Position: OE Foam Filling Operator

This is a fast-paced position utilizing modern computerized technology to pump foam mixture into the cavity of off-the-road tire assemblies.

What You'll Do:

Foaming equipment start up, shut down, operations and clean-up for the following machines: belt drive foam filling machine, green machine foam filling machine, Graco pump.
Simple programming of Trio-Fill machines.
Follow established Pomp's work instructions to ensure proper foam mix and pressurization.
Maintain a clean and orderly working area.
Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.

What You Need:

Basic tire knowledge helpful.
Knowledge and ability to use various digital tools, technologies, and programs to complete job tasks efficiently and effectively.
Required to talk and hear to use equipment and effectively communicate with internal and external customers and co-workers.
Willingness to work within other facility areas if/as needed.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Regularly lift, push, or move 50 pounds; occasionally lift, push, or move 100 pounds.
Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and reach without difficulty. Frequent kneeling and bending over and back.
Standing continuously throughout the shift.
Must be tolerable to required PPE (face-shield, apron, protective sleeves, and rubber gloves).
