Keeps bakery department well stocked and appealing to meet customer demand;
Smiles and greets customers, makes suggestions, answers questions about various products and preparation of cakes;
Mixes, shapes, proofs and bakes breads, rolls, sweet goods and cakes;
Decorates cakes and other bakery products using basic designs;
Trims and cuts cakes to required specifications using dye or specific designs or may create custom designs
