CNC Operator/Machinist
Pay Rate: $27 - 32/hour
First and Second Shift Available
1st shift:
Monday
- Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm)
2nd shift:
Monday
- Friday (3:00pm - 11:30pm)

Job Responsibilities:
- Work within tight tolerance ranges with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
- Understand programming (not necessary) and make necessary adjustments at startup to produce nominal parts.
- Interpret part drawings and GD&T requirements.
- Utilize inspection and gaging techniques with measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, plug, and ring gages.
- Understand tooling required for the CNC processes.
- Complete setups, including loading programs, checking and positioning fixtures and cutting tools, and making offset programming adjustments.
- Read blueprints and understand tolerances and programs.

This is a permanent position based out of Leesport, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
