Build your manufacturing career with Georgia-Pacific! We are now hiring Production Associates to join our Corrugated facility in Mt. Wolf, PA. If you have experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, construction, agriculture, automotive, or another hands-on environment, your experience may transfer well to this role.

As a Production Associate, you'll operate and monitor industrial equipment, troubleshoot production issues, use computerized control systems, and help produce corrugated packaging for customers across a variety of industries.

• Earn up to $23.93/hour with 2nd shift differential
• Gain hands-on experience operating industrial production equipment
• Build valuable equipment troubleshooting and technical skills

• No previous corrugated experience required

We are currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift.

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with startup on Sunday nights
• The first week of orientation will be 1st shift, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Your assigned shift will be communicated after orientation
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays may be required based on business needs

You don't need corrugated experience to get started. We're looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals who are comfortable working with equipment and in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Experience that can help you succeed includes:

• Manufacturing or production experience
• Machine or equipment operation
• Warehouse, packaging or distribution experience
• Construction, agriculture or automotive experience
• Forklift or mobile equipment operation
• Mechanical aptitude or troubleshooting experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Corrugated packaging experience
