Job Description:
- Prepare surfaces and apply industrial coatings using spray equipment, rollers, or brushes according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards for coverage, appearance, and coating thickness are met.
- Maintain painting equipment, document completed work, and collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of industrial painting experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of industrial coatings, surface preparation techniques, and spray equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
