What You’ll Do
- Operate mechanical and high-speed stamping presses under supervision
- Load materials and monitor production runs
- Perform basic inspections to ensure quality and consistency
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work closely with experienced operators and engineers to learn the trade
- Grow your skills over time with the opportunity to move into an apprenticeship role

Previous experience in manufacturing, machining, or mechanical work is welcome but not required

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work in a production environment (clean, temperature controlled all year environment)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
- Interest in building a long-term career in manufacturing

Location: Natrona Heights, PA
Schedule: Full-time, first shift (start time flexible) or second shift with differential (start time 2pm)
