What You’ll Do

• Operate mechanical and high-speed stamping presses under supervision
• Load materials and monitor production runs
• Perform basic inspections to ensure quality and consistency
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work closely with experienced operators and engineers to learn the trade
• Grow your skills over time with the opportunity to move into an apprenticeship role

Previous experience in manufacturing, machining, or mechanical work is welcome but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work in a production environment (clean, temperature controlled all year environment)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
• Interest in building a long-term career in manufacturing

Location: Natrona Heights, PA

Schedule: Full-time, first shift (start time flexible) or second shift with differential (start time 2pm)
