Pay Rate: $17.00–$17.85 per hour
Shift: 1st ( 7:00 am to 3:30 pm ) & 2nd shift (3:30 pm to 12:00 am)

- Performing cellular assembly operations by following specific written and verbal instructions, as well as point-of-use pictures.
- Aligning and mechanically assembling parts into housings or PC Boards, installing components, routing and attaching wires, and replacing defective components.
- Conducting basic hand soldering operations and using hand/power tools to assemble products.
- Completing production records, logs, and report forms accurately.
- Working under the guidance of a Cell Leader, rotating through work cells, and performing visual self-inspection of completed work.
- Maintaining a neat, orderly work area and adhering to all safety and quality practices.
- Have a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent education/experience (one to three months related experience preferred).
- Are able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
- Possess basic math skills and can follow multiple-step instructions.
- Can use hand tools, soldering irons, and simple power tools, with a basic understanding of mechanics and assembly instructions.
- Are able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs frequently (and up to 50 lbs occasionally), and work in a moderate-noise environment.
