2nd Shift Paint Department What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll work with our multi‑station paint line to ensure steel components are properly finished and meet our high‑quality standards.
Here’s How You’ll ContributeYou will use a variety of different hooking mechanisms to assist in hanging steel beams on the paint line.
- You will help guide the crane operator to the preferred hanging points.
- Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Ensure that load bars are staged to meet the machines' maximum production ability.
- Monitor parts as they move through the cure oven for final finishing.
- Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Prior experience on a paint line in a manufacturing setting is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
