ATI Materials - - Responsibilities:
Maintain all equipment;
Weigh out raw materials and oversize powder to meet required product chemistry;
Prepare heats efficiently and accurately to promote continuous atomization;
Verify all equipment and materials are ready for atomization including documentation review;
Perform removal and installation of the furnace into the melt chamber including digging out, grouting, and installing blanket and ground fault
