Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time opportunities also available)
Salary: $16 – $20 per hour (based on experience and skills)

We are looking for a Mechanical and Electrical Assembler to join our growing team in Paoli, PA. Key Responsibilities:

• Build control cable assemblies using soldering, crimping, and small hand tools
• Assemble mechanical sub-assemblies including motors, gearboxes, and actuators
• Perform testing of assemblies using written instructions and computer-aided processes
• Perform circuit board assembly requiring soldering and schematic reading
• Utilize computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel) for documenting test results and loading test programs
• Follow quality program standards (training provided)
• Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of assembly work

Work Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts, with the potential for overtime
• Flexible start and end times
• Building hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• In-person work required
• Tools provided

Qualifications:

• Basic assembly experience preferred, but training is provided for the right candidate
• Good manual dexterity
• Ability to follow written and computer-aided instructions
• Soldering skills (preferred, but will train)
• Ability to read schematics (preferred, but will train)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel)
