What You'll DoAs a Finish Room Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering the quality and appearance our customers expect. Responsibilities may include:

Spraying and applying finishes to cabinet components

Sanding, prepping, and sealing surfaces to ensure a flawless finish

Wiping down and inspecting stained materials for quality

Loading and unloading parts on the production line Operating finishing equipment and spray systems safely and efficiently

Identifying and correcting minor finish defects

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area Supporting team goals and production schedules

What We're Looking For We're searching for reliable team members who are willing to learn and take pride in producing quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Finishing, painting, sanding, woodworking, or manufacturing experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Dependable attendance and positive attitude

Ability to stand, lift, and work in a fast-paced production environment

Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company

No finishing experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals who bring a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
