What You'll DoAs a Finish Room Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering the quality and appearance our customers expect. Responsibilities may include:
- Spraying and applying finishes to cabinet components
- Sanding, prepping, and sealing surfaces to ensure a flawless finish
- Wiping down and inspecting stained materials for quality
- Loading and unloading parts on the production line
- Operating finishing equipment and spray systems safely and efficiently
- Identifying and correcting minor finish defects
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Supporting team goals and production schedules
We're searching for reliable team members who are willing to learn and take pride in producing quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:- Finishing, painting, sanding, woodworking, or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand, lift, and work in a fast-paced production environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company
No finishing experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals who bring a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
