CNC Machinist

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a CNC Machinist Position type:
Full-time, Contract Duration: 12 Months

Location:

Mountainhome PA 18342 Shift: 1st shift As a CNC Machinist, you will:

• Set up CNC machines to specific productions steps or processes, such as producing machined parts.
• Check SPC charts for frequency of checks, gauging, and measurements.
• Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process charts and other control procedures.
• Interpret blueprints, work orders, engineering plans, specifications, reference planes, designs sketches and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T) for operation, material, and dimensional requirements.
• Completes highly complex tasks in creative and effective ways.
• Consistently work on a variety of highly complex tasks requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve highly complex problems.
• Make recommendations for new procedures.
• Take measurements of material and select appropriate machines for the process.
• Conduct inspections of work produced.
• Keep records and maintain quality/safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• First Article Inspection (FAI) is mandatory
• CNC certifications are preferred (Zeiss CMMs)

Pay Range*: $25.00/hr to $29.00/hr
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
