Electro-Mechanical Production Technician

Sepro America LLC seeks an Electro-Mechanical Production Technician to build, wire, and test industrial robots and automation systems for injection molding applications. In this on-site role in Norwalk, CT, you'll assemble electro-mechanical components, follow engineering drawings and schematics, perform system checks, and support start-up and troubleshooting on the production floor. You'll collaborate with engineering and field service teams to improve build quality, document issues, and help implement continuous improvement while maintaining strict safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electro-mechanical components and robotic systems per drawings and schematics
• Perform functional tests, calibration, and verification of automation equipment
• Troubleshoot build issues and work with engineering to resolve technical problems
• Follow safety, quality, and documentation standards for all production activities
• Support continuous improvement, lean, and 5

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in safe, organized condition
