Printing Press Operator

MCC seeks a Printing Press Operator for 2nd and 3rd shift to support our faith-driven relief and development mission. This role sets up, operates, and monitors production presses to produce high-quality printed materials for global programs and donor engagement. The operator maintains ink, paper, and registration, troubleshoots mechanical issues, and follows safety and quality standards. Working in a collaborative, cross-cultural team, this position supports efficient production that advances MCC's peace, justice, and compassionate relief work worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor printing presses for 2nd and 3rd shift production
• Adjust ink, registration, and press settings to meet quality and color standards
• Inspect printed materials for defects and maintain consistent quality
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on press equipment
• Follow safety procedures and MCC policies in a production environment
• Manage paper, ink, and supply usage to reduce waste and downtime
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and production issues during runs
• Document production runs, counts, and any quality or maintenance issues
