Jobot seeks a Production Supervisor for our architectural millwork facility in Larksville, PA. You will provide hands-on leadership, coordinate daily workflow, and work closely with the Plant Technical Manager to maintain quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in architectural millwork, 3+ years in a supervisory role, strong leadership, shop drawing reading, OSHA basics, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
