A Lead Welder/Fitter is required to safely prepare various alloys for fabrication processing, welding, and fitting. The Lead Welder/Fitter is an individual contributor and people leader that requires little or no supervisory assistance and possesses high-level knowledge in welding, fabrication technology and related applications. Teaching/leading others and transferring knowledge within assigned teams is a critical component of this position. Additionally, the Lead Welder/Fitter will lead and engage RVII to achieve all assigned manufacturing goals:
Safety (no one gets hurt), Quality (free of defect), On-Time Delivery (meet customer delivery dates), Budget (at or below estimated hours) and People (develop & retain “hungry, humble and smart” leaders).
