Welder – Direct Hire

Now hiring for a welder in Wrightsville, PA. Pay rate is $20.00 – $25.00 per hour for a weekend shift Monday – Thursday from 5 AM – 3 PM. Welders needed to create strong, durable bonds. Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Welding certification or completion of a welding program preferred.
• 1-3 years of welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Basic math and geometry skills for measurements and layout work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Job duties include:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Performing MIG and stick welding on complex assemblies in horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Fabricating machine frames, structural components, fixtures, and jigs.
• Operating hand tools, cutting equipment, cranes, forklifts, and shop machinery safely and effectively.
• Inspecting work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
