Wash Technician
Bradford, PA | Full-Time | Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday 5AM-5PM

Join our team at Allegheny Bradford Corporation as a Wash Technician and play a vital role in supporting quality assurance and product integrity before our equipment ever leaves the floor.
What Will You Do?As a Wash Technician, you'll be the first line of visual inspection-responsible for preparing, washing, and maintaining the surfaces of process equipment used in critical industries like biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturing. You'll work with cleaning solutions and precision tools, follow detailed work instructions, and help ensure our products meet rigorous standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform cleaning and surface prep using water, solvents, and acids
- Operate cranes and carts to move components safely
- Use hand tools for disassembly and light assembly
- Maintain traceability and accurate work records
- Operate bead blasting equipment (must pass respirator training)
- Follow all quality and safety procedures
- Suggest improvements to work instructions and technical procedures
- Work independently while staying organized, efficient, and proactive
You're a reliable, detail-driven worker who's comfortable in a hands-on environment. You can follow instructions, document your work accurately, and collaborate with others to ensure high-quality results. You're also physically capable of working on your feet, lifting, and operating equipment in both hot and cold conditions.
Shift Options & Compensation- Weekend Premium Shift (Friday-Sunday, 5:00AM- 5:00 PM)
- Only work 36 hours, but paid for 40 hours
- 3 day work week with 4 consecutive days off
