• This is a full-time position located in the Wilkes-Barre/Hazleton, PA territory. Candidates must live in the Wilkes-Barre, Hazleton, St. Clair, Tamaqua, Hamburg, or Lehighton area.

• Complete inventories for designated products for required customers to support Turkey Hill Scan Based Trading (SBT) and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs.
• Responsible for monitoring accounts for proper rotation and merchandising as assigned by the DSD Field Services Supervisor.
• Provide market conditions and insight upon request and/or when observed.
• Collaborate with customers to discuss opportunities and pass along findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Field Services Supervisor to establish and maintain data necessary for customer delivery processes.
• Responsible to maintain professional relationships with all Turkey Hill Dairy customers and employees.
• Perform all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and FSMA guidelines as well as all safety regulations.
• Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Food Safety and Quality.
• Demonstrate the ability to engage work in department and cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvements that provide value to the customer.
• 1-3 years of related experience in a retail or similar industry is preferred.

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must work in a team environment
• Maintain adherence to work hours scheduled specifically starting, ending, lunch and break schedules
• Perform all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and safety guidelines
• Be accountable to the Turkey Hill Food Safety and Quality Principles
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• The employee must be able to ascend and descend stairs, and where applicable and when necessary, to perform various job-related tasks.
• Must be able to position self to move, reach with arms/hands, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed to perform various job-related tasks.
• The employee must be able to inspect all job-related equipment (office or floor) to ensure it is in good working condition prior to use. Must be able to use hands/fingers to handle (or feel) to operate various types of office equipment.
• Must be able to operate all job-related equipment (powered, hand or office) as required.
• Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and adjust focus.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and/or push/pull 50 pounds on a regular basis.
