Our client, a growing manufacturing organization, is seeking multiple motivated professionals to join their expanding team. These roles are essential to supporting production and delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidates will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a desire to build a long-term career, which will align successfully within the organization.

* Central location within 25 miles of Clearfield, State College, Tyrone and Coalport

** Pay Range:*
* $19.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience)

** Shift:*
* Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Overtime offered almost weekly

** What's the Job?*
* ** Grinder/Polisher Operators*
* + Operate power tools to grind and polish stainless steel components

+ Ensure finished products meet quality specifications

+ Perform physically demanding work requiring strong attention to detail

** Welder/Fitters*
* + Weld and fit stainless steel components following design specifications

+ Read and interpret drawings and layouts

+ Welding experience required; schooling is a plus

** Machinists*
* + Operate CNC and manual machines in a manufacturing environment

+ Use precision measuring tools and read blueprints

+ Maintain quality and production standards

** Assemblers*
* + Assemble motors, boilers, agitators, and mixers per customer specifications

+ Use hand tools and measuring devices

+ Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues

** What's Needed?*
* + Manufacturing or industrial experience relevant to the position applied for

+ Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (role dependent)

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Physical ability to perform job duties

+ Desire to learn, grow, and build a career in manufacturing
