Production Line Superintendent Third
Shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.Are you the leader who turns plans into finished product—safely, on time, and to spec?
If you thrive on elevating people and processes, imagine guiding 1–2 production areas through the night: aligning the team around quality and safety, clearing obstacles, and keeping work flowing. You’ll shape a People First Culture by coaching in the moment, conducting thoughtful appraisals, and cultivating high performance. You’ll also be the catalyst for continuous improvement—mapping the value stream, codifying standard work, and spearheading Kaizen to eliminate waste.
Your impact
Lead production team members—union and/or non-union—through safe, efficient operations and hands-on troubleshooting.
Set and sustain 5S so every tool and material is where it belongs and ready for use.
Own timely, thorough responses to product and process nonconformances; document and drive corrective actions.
Perform root-cause analyses, enlist cross-functional support, and implement improvements that stick.
Champion changes to machines, processes, materials, and assembly to unlock performance.
Advance maintenance, CI, and value stream projects to meet or beat the schedule.
Maintain accurate records in full alignment with company policies and procedures.
What you bring
High school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of manufacturing experience, or a comparable mix of education and experience.
An eagerness to learn and continuously develop.
Bonus qualifications
Project planning and organizational strength.
Effective communicator—written and verbal.
