Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking 2nd Shift Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. They are a plastic compounding facility, producing engineered plastic materials for the automotive industry, including components used in vehicles manufactured by leading automotive brands.

• Operate extrusion compounding machinery (will be trained)
• Weigh, measure, and stage raw materials (plastic pellets, powders, additives, and color concentrates)
• Load raw materials into hoppers, mixers, blenders, and extrusion equipment
• Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections

• Must have a high school diploma
• Must have the ability to perform physically demanding work in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must have previous manufacturing background
