Fine Tuning Set Up Operator

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for performing test runs involving extrusion tools & dies, collecting samples, and documenting results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a complete set up concerning extruders, downstreams and components
• Responsible for performing accurate test runs
• Removes all extrusion tooling from extrusion line
• Documents results on run sheet and/or process card
• Responsible for the assembly and disassembly of extrusion tooling
• Responsible for maintaining housekeeping
• All other duties as assigned.

• Aptitude for mechanical processes
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities through excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Accountability, assertiveness, dependability, a team-oriented mindset, and responsiveness are all critical attributes that are essential for success in this role.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent, Vocational School and/or experience preferred
