Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Machine Operator / Cold Forming Operator in Danboro, PA on 2nd shift!
Pay rate is $26.48/hr schedule is Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Includes a 10% shift differential + overtime options).
Note:
Will train on 1st shift until fully up to speed (training period can take up to 6 months).
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our client’s manufacturing team in Danboro, PA as a Cold Forming Trainee / Manufacturing Operator. In this role, you will work alongside experienced technicians in a modern, supportive production environment with excellent long-term career growth opportunities.

- Under supervision, operate at least one cold forming production machine.
- Work from setup sheets, detailed machine parts drawings, machine manuals, tool charts, and specifications using micrometers and hand tools.
- Monitor the automatic operation of cold forming equipment to ensure smooth production.
- Inspect and gauge completed parts to verify correct dimensions and profiles against drawing specifications.
- Make necessary machine adjustments, troubleshoot, and replace machine tools as training progresses.
- Complete required paperwork, production reports, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts.
- Detect and report any parts that fall outside of tight tolerances.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, such as checking/adding oil and maintaining a clean work area.
- Collaborate with operators across shifts to pass along vital production notes.
- Strictly follow all safety regulations and workplace safety standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math, reading, and computer skills.
- Familiarity with or ability to learn precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, comparators, gages, and standard hand tools).
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
