We are looking for a high-level, hands-on leader to oversee and grow our manufacturing operation in Pennsylvania.
Our company currently manufactures disposable paper plates and is expanding into additional categories.
What we're looking for:The ideal candidate has strong experience leading a manufacturing operation and understands both the factory floor and the business side of manufacturing .
You should be comfortable overseeing production and machinery, working with maintenance and production teams, building systems and processes, reviewing costs and profitability, and making strategic business decisions.
Qualifications:- Significant manufacturing or industrial leadership experience
- Strong understanding of machinery and production processes
- Experience managing plant operations and production teams
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing costs, pricing, and profitability
- Experience improving efficiency and reducing costs
- Experience implementing systems, KPIs, and reporting
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and business skills
- Experience with production planning, inventory, purchasing, or supply chain
Experience in paper products, disposable tableware, packaging, printing, or other high-volume consumer product manufacturing is a plus.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, business-minded, and experienced with machinery, operations, costing, systems, and team leadership.
