As a Manufacturing Line Associate, you will play a vital role in our high-volume production environment by ensuring the seamless operation of assembly lines and maintaining rigorous quality standards. • Oversee the daily operation of production lines to ensure consistent output and operational efficiency.
• Champion a culture of safety and excellence by strictly adhering to quality control protocols.
• Document hourly production metrics and quality data to provide actionable insights for process improvement.
• Manage the flow of raw materials to ensure production lines remain fully stocked and operational.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to support high-performance manufacturing standards.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand for extended periods and handle equipment controls.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and operational accuracy.

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or high-speed production setting.
• Prior experience utilizing automotive or industrial manufacturing systems.
• General knowledge of production line workflows and equipment maintenance.
