Production Floor Support Associate
Mancan Staffing is partnering with a manufacturing company seeking a dependable Production Floor Support Associate to help keep production running efficiently. This hands-on role is responsible for stocking the production floor, supplying materials, transporting finished goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Production Floor Support
- Stock production lines with all materials needed for manufacturing.
- Place machines, belts, and dryers in designated locations for technician setup.
- Retrieve parts, foam, boxes, lids, and other production materials from the warehouse.
- Transport materials throughout the facility using pallet jacks and hand carts.
- Organize materials so they are easily accessible for machine operators and production employees.
- Move completed boxes from production to designated warehouse locations.
- Label finished products according to job specifications.
- Maintain accurate counts of completed boxes.
- Return unused materials to the warehouse at the end of production runs.
- Communicate returned inventory to warehouse personnel for inventory updates.
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized throughout the shift.
- Sweep and mop floors at the end of each shift.
- Buff floors and clean production equipment and machines.
- Record production scrap and properly dispose of recyclable materials.
- Notify technicians of completed production totals at the end of each shift.
✔ Basic math skills required.
✔ Ability to read, understand, and communicate in basic English.
✔ Good eyesight and color recognition.
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
✔ Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Frequent walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and side-to-side movement.
- Ability to lift materials overhead as needed.
- Moderate lifting throughout the shift (up to approximately 50 lbs.).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
