We're looking for a Production Planner to join our Operations team in Easton, PA. In this role, direct impact on the success of our operations by ensuring the right products are produced at the right time to meet customer demand. As a Production Planner, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance production schedules, inventory levels, and resource availability, helping drive efficiency, minimize disruptions, and support on-time delivery.

Your work plays a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly, improving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

• Understand and abide by all Company safety rules, regulations, and policies. Ensure that safe and sanitary working conditions are maintained in the facility in accordance with Company standards, as well as, state & federal laws and regulations. Know and understand your OSHA rights. Conduct safety training topics as required or needed. Responsible for attending all assigned safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions.
  
  As required, promptly investigate accidents and near misses, completing appropriate reports and taking action to eliminate root causes.
