As a Production Support Associate, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our high-speed manufacturing facility. You will assist in the setup and maintenance of corrugating and converting equipment, ensuring that our production lines run smoothly to meet critical output goals.

• Support machine operators in the daily setup, adjustment, and operation of industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Execute routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment longevity and peak performance.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain a high-paced workflow and meet daily throughput targets.
• Utilize precision measuring tools to verify product specifications and maintain quality standards.
• Participate in cross-training initiatives to gain proficiency across multiple production stations.
• Uphold strict safety protocols and housekeeping standards to maintain a secure and organized work environment.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
