Compensation & Perks Overview for Direct Hire Assembler:

• Pay Rate: $19/hr

• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday | 6:30AM–2:00PM

• Benefits:
  Full Benefits Package on day 1!

• Time Off: 24 PTO days + 6 paid holidays

Job Duties & Responsibilities of a Direct Hire Assembler:

• Perform light mechanical and electronic assembly

• Modify, rework, and repair electronic and electrical assemblies

• Read and interpret work orders and blueprints

• Complete wiring connections between terminal points

• Solder each required terminal with precision

Job Requirements for a Direct Hire Assembler:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 3–5 years of related assembly experience preferred

• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude
