Starting at $18.84 per hour Employment Solutions is seeking a dependable, motivated Production team member for a well-established manufacturing client in Elkland, PA. What You’ll DoOperate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently

Set up and monitor machines according to established specifications

Perform routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

Package products for shipment or storage

Handle and organize production materials and components

Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies

Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work area

What We’re Looking For Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

Basic hand-tool and assembly skillsA strong work ethic, reliability, and consistent attendance

Someone interested in staying with a company long term and growing within the role Willingness to learn new skills, take initiative, and contribute to a team environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
