Food Production Packer

Responsible for packing food products according to company and food safety standards to support production and shipping schedules. This role includes inspecting products, preparing packaging, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area. This is company located near North East, PA.

• Pack food products into containers, boxes, or packaging materials according to specifications.

• Inspect products for quality, damage, and accuracy before packing.

• Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment.

• Operate packing equipment and hand tools as needed.

• Maintain accurate production counts and documentation.

• Follow all food safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and sanitation guidelines.

• Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.

• Assist with palletizing and moving finished product as needed.

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Previous food production or packing experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Full Time

• Pay Rate is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• 1st and 2nd Shift available

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
