The OE Foam Filling position is a fast-paced, constantly on the move type of position utilizing modern computerized technology to pump foam mixture into the cavity of Off the Road tire assemblies. • Foaming Equipment start up, shut down, operations and clean-up for the following
  • Belt Drive Foam Filling Machine
  • Green Machine Foam Filling Machine
  • Graco Pump
• Simple programming of Trio-Fill Machines
• Follow established Pomp’s work instructions to ensure properly foam mix and pressurization
• Maintain clean and orderly work area
• Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor

• Basic tire knowledge helpful
• Positive attitude, self-motivated
• Reading comprehension skills
• Willingness to work within other facility areas if/as needed
• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Ability to lift, pull, or push 50 pounds frequently, 100 pounds occasionally
• Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and reach without difficulty
• Ability to kneeling, bending over and back
• Standing continuously throughout the shift
• Must be tolerable to required PPE (Face-shield, apron, protective sleeves, and rubber gloves)
