We are currently looking for a Plate Mounter to join our team.

The successful candidate meets safety, production,sustainability,and quality standards and is responsible forgathering and prepping plates, cylinders, and other parts to be used on the Flexographic press.

They ensure jobs are ready to beprocessedand allthe materials neededarepresent.

• Readjobschedule and locatecorrectjobbagand plate bag to be prepped.
• Verify the plate numbers match thespecificationsheetandmaterialsarepresent andingood condition.
• Prepare cylinders for plates bywiping them andneatly adding the correct tape to the cylinder.
• Mount plates onto cylinders, using measurements and centering laser for precise accuracy.
• Organize and prepare cartsof mounted plates and move them to the staging area.
• Ensure scheduled jobs are prepped on time to support a smooth production process.
• Clean used plates and file them into their correct spot for future use.
• Responsible for housekeeping and cleanliness of work area/production zone.
• Related duties as assigned.

• High school education or equivalent.
• Exhibits a safety-first attitude in all that is done, from proper personal protection equipment to compliance keeping the work environment safe and hazard-free.

• Strong attention to detailandparticularlygood with numbers.
• Ability tochange direction and shift focus toresolveprominent business needs.
