Houston, PA area
. This is a full-time
Electronic Assembler job
offering$16.00 per hour
, paid on-the-job training, and opportunities for long-term growth.

No previous electronics or manufacturing experience is required!

The right candidate s will receive hands‑on training and cross‑training in multiple areas, including
SMT Machine Operation and Burn Room operations
, while building valuable skills in electronics manufacturing and PCB assembly.

• Assemble electronic components onto
  printed circuit boards (PCBs)using color‑coded assembly instructions
• Install mechanical and electronic components using hand tools, torque drivers, pop riveters, and air tools
• Inspect components and finished assemblies for accuracy and quality
• Perform basic go/no-go testing on completed assemblies
• Read and follow written and verbal work instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Cross‑train in multiple manufacturing departments
• Perform other duties as assigned

• No previous experience required – paid training provided
• Manufacturing, production, electronics, or assembly experience is a plus but not required
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to identify color‑coded components
• Ability to regularly lift up to
  50 pounds
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
• Must be able to pass a background screening

• Pay:$16.00/hour
• Schedule:Monday–Friday
• Hours:7:30 AM–3:30 PM
