Role Summary
Director, HCP Omni-Channel Marketing, Respiratory Biologics leads the development and execution of non-personal/digital HCP marketing tactics, drives digital activity and customer engagement strategy across groups and indications, and coaches a cross-functional team. The role requires leadership in clinical acumen, commercial strategy, tactic development, KPI and measurement planning, and collaboration across functions.
Responsibilities- Media Strategy and Planning:
Develop media budgets, allocation strategies, and plans across all media channels (digital, print, and alternative media) aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals. - Agency and Partner Management:
Manage relationships with media agencies to ensure effective campaign collaboration and execution. - Digital Media Execution:
Oversee development, execution, and optimization of digital media tactics (paid search, social, display, voice, mobile, and emerging channels). - Content Strategy:
Define and drive digital content journeys aligned with customer needs and brand objectives. - Analytics and Optimization:
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI across media and content initiatives. - Team Leadership and Training:
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment and support professional growth.
- Required:
BS/BA with 8 years of commercial experience including marketing, sales and/or market access. - Required:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in US pharmaceutical/biotech marketing. - Required:
Minimum of 2 days per week in office. - Required:
Ability to travel up to 20% domestically. - Preferred:
Experience in Respiratory, Specialty and/or Rare Disease. - Preferred:
Previous people leadership experience. - Preferred:
Proven track record in managing media budgets, agency relationships, and digital campaigns. - Preferred:
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics (SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, CRM, website management). - Preferred:
Experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies. - Preferred:
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills; ability to inspire and develop teams. - Preferred:
Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. - Preferred:
Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
