, keen to work across diverse markets while developing expertise of one of the world’s most iconic brands.

In this role, you will split your time between:

  • 40% supporting EU-level media data reporting
, helping drive cross-market visibility, accuracy, and strategic insights for senior stakeholders across The Coca-Cola Company.

Key Responsibilities
1) Market Media Planning (60%)
  • Collaborate with agency partners, including OpenX and Essence Mediacom, to deliver best-in-class media plans for Eastern Markets.
  • Coordinate media plans across both markets, ensuring pre-, mid-, and post-campaign reporting is accurate and actionable for two bottling partners.
  • Partner with other market media leads to align media investments and communicate campaign impact.
  • Build strong relationships with media agencies, marketing teams, e-commerce teams, and the wider media community, ensuring effective buying and maximum ROI
    .
  • Recommend and deliver media campaigns that hit performance KPIs and uphold Coca-Cola’s Responsible Marketing Policy
    .
  • Assist in budget management — monitoring investment, verifying agency buying orders, managing invoices, and suggesting corrective actions.
2) EU-Level Media Data Reporting (40%)
  • Support Media Directors in quarterly reviews and submissions of EUOU paid media by category and media channel, with particular emphasis on digital.
  • Maintain consistent reporting of EUOU paid media spend using internal systems.
  • Track quarterly influencer media spend by market and category.
  • Assist with competitor reviews across regions, markets, and brands.
  • Manage ad-hoc reporting requests from marketing functions.
  • Support ongoing setup and review of media experience names and IDs for EUOU.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3–5 years media planning experience
, with strong multi-channel knowledge, including digital/social. Media agency experience preferable but not essential.
  • Familiarity with media planning software and digital measurement tools.
  • Strong understanding of Europe’s media landscape and consumer trends. Experience of the East European markets preferable. An understanding of audience planning and buying tactics across media touchpoints.
  • Highly analytical
, numerate, and able to consolidate complex data into clear insights.
  • Proactive problem solver with a collaborative mindset.
  • Commitment to responsible marketing practices and professional brand representation.
What We Can Offer You
  • Work on iconic & Innovative Brands: A portfolio that includes Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Schweppes, Powerade, Dr Pepper, and more.
  • Expansive & Diverse Customers: From retail and grocery outlets to entertainment venues, restaurants, and e-commerce platforms — your work will impact millions each day.
  • Work on high-impact campaigns that shape consumer perceptions at both local and European levels.
  • Gain cross-market experience
, strengthening your adaptability in diverse cultural and commercial environments.
