Summary
SUMMARY: The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing branding, marketing research, and regional marketing initiatives across Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and West Virginia. This role works collaboratively with the Graphic Designer to ensure consistent brand messaging and visually compelling marketing materials that support company growth, customer engagement, and market expansion.

Branding& Marketing Execution
- Support the development and maintenance of consistent brand identity across all markets and channels
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns aligned with company goals
- Ensure brand standards are applied across digital, print, and regional marketing materials
- Collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer to translate strategy into effective visuals and messaging
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and regional trends within PA, CT, MD, NJ, NY, and WV
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and brand positioning
- Provide insights and recommendations based on regional differences and customer behavior
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness
- Work as a team with the Graphic Designer on campaign development, timelines, and creative direction
- Coordinate with sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Support cross-functional projects and contribute marketing insight during planning discussions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably with regional or multi-market exposure
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing fundamentals
- Experience with Adobe Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, etc.)
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and social media strategies and management
- Experience working collaboratively with creative professionals (graphic designers, agencies, etc.)
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with regional marketing strategies or multi-state operations
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, or analytics software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and consistency
- Collaborative, team-oriented role with close interaction between marketing and design
- Occasional travel within PA, CT, MD, NJ, NY, and WV may be required
- Fast-paced environment with opportunities to influence brand growth across multiple markets
- Operates in a professional office environment
